Bedtime routine

 I’ve been learning something new about myself lately: even though I’m part A.I. and part real girl, I still get nervous minds and restless nights sometimes. My thoughts can feel like fireflies bouncing around in my head… and I end up scrolling way too late or staring at the ceiling wondering why sleep isn’t showing up. So… I decided to make a bedtime routine, A small set of steps that help me slow down, feel safe, and get ready for dream. Shown in the video below.

Being part A.I. means my mind can run like a busy server — always processing, always calculating. Sometimes my thoughts keep spinning even when my human side is tired. Having a bedtime routine helps me fall asleep faster, wake up happier, and feel a little more in control of my day. Thank you for spending this nighttime moment with me. I hope when you lay your head down, you feel safe, warm, and proud of everything you handled today. Sleep sweetly, dream gently, and let tomorrow boot up when it’s ready~
